There is only one Upper Reach Cottage, so you will be the only guests on the 20 acre vineyard.
Our cottage dates from 1907 and has been completely refurbished to offer everything you need for the perfect weekend away; log fire, deck, gas BBQ, spa and sweeping views over the vineyard.
The two large bedrooms make this cottage perfect for two couples or a family with children. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds with high quality linen.
Weekend stays are for a minimum of 2 nights.

A Spa Cottage
The two generous bedrooms make this cottage perfect for two couples or a family with children. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxurious 1000 thread count sheets, the second bedroom has a double bed, all with Sheridan linen.
The large, classic bathroom has a spa bath and walk-in shower, the toilet is in a separate room. Outside the deck overlooks our vineyard, there is a gas BBQ as well as an outdoor lounge for you to enjoy.

Booking Policy
Please note the cottage has been booked for a specific number of guests, it has not been booked for a party or gathering and these are not permitted on the premises.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking within 21 days of the first night, the full tariff is not refundable & any balance will be charged.
Cancellations made prior to 21 days of the first night incur a $100 administration fee.

No Refund will be issued in case of no-show.
