Booking Policy
A government issued valid Id proof is required for booking.
Deposit Policy
You will be charged a prepayment of AUD$100 after booking. This has been temporarily changed due to COVID. You pay the total accommodation cost at arrival of property.
Cancellation Policy
You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your booking within 30 days of arrival.
No Show Policy
If you dont show up you will be charged the total price.
Child Policy
One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5 per night for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 6 years are charged AUD 25 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged AUD 25 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.
