Getting There : If your journey begins at Cairns International Airport (approx. 60 kms), or Cairns City (approx. 65 kms), you will head north along the Captain Cook Highway following the signs for Mossman/Port Douglas. The Captain Cook Highway is a scenic highway, punctuated by rocky headlands and boulder-strewn points, pristine sandy beaches and tropical rainforest, that winds alongside the coastline leading to Port Douglas and Daintree National Park.
