The property has three bedrooms sleeping up to six people, one bathroom, a large open plan living area with huge kitchen, laundry, and a lovely sunny seaside deck. Heating and cooling with dual air-conditioning as well as a wood fire to enjoy in the winter. Emu Bay is a 20 minute drive from Kingscote on excellent sealed roads.

The full amount is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 1 day of arrival will be 100% refunded. If cancelled on day of arrival 1 night will be charged.

Checkin Policy

Check-in after 2pm.

Child Policy

Emu Bay Stay. Children are welcome at Emu Bay Stay. There is no charge for infants under 2, do not select them in the number of children but please let us know before your stay. Please ask if you need a cot. Children over two will be charged at the normal adult rate.

Deposit Policy

The full amount is taken at the time of booking.

No-show Policy

Please let us know if you have changed your plans and as long as you give a day's notice we will be able to provide a full refund. Cancellation on the day of, or a no show will incur the first nights charge.
