Booking Policy

* Pets of any description are NOT permitted. * Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the accommodation. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, however glass doors MUST BE CLOSED. Extra charge of $250 for Smoking OR the smell of smoke in the Accommodation. * The number of guests must not exceed the quoted booking number. * No daily housekeeping service is provided. * We takes no responsibility for the personal property of guests during their stay and recommend that all personal effects are secured at all times and ensure your accommodation is secure when not occupied. * We reserves the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, rubbish removal, additional guests, extended stays, late checkouts, extra bedrooms occupied, smoking penalties, lost keys or damage to the property.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: This Booking cannot be amended and is Non-Refundable. This booking will be cancelled and no-refund will be given if the number of guests exceed the quoted number of Guests booked. Taking out Travel Insurance will avoid cancellation fees.

Checkin Policy

Please contact us the day prior to arrival if you require an earlier Check-In before 3pm (subject to availability). We will send a check-in notification the day before your arrival date.

Child Policy

Due to Licensing & Insurance Occupancy Regulations, a child is considered an occupant of the room and is therefore a contributor to the number of occupants per room.

Deposit Policy

Your booking will be confirmed by Hepburn Springs Accommodation, when FULL Payment has been processed. This will include a 1.5% Credit Card Fee. Payment: Visa and Mastercard.
