Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of booking details and any required payment or deposit.

Guests must provide accurate contact and payment information at the time of booking.
A minimum night stay may apply during weekends, long weekends, and special events. Where a minimum stay is in place, individual nights within the booking cannot be modified or cancelled.
By confirming a reservation, the guest agrees to comply with all property policies, including the cancellation and no-show terms outlined below.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be arranged in advance, subject to availability. All guests are required to report to reception upon arrival.

Deposit Policy

No Deposit required

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made seven (7) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur an administration fee of $25 per cancelled room.
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) night’s accommodation per cancelled room.
For bookings modified or cancelled within three (3) days of arrival, stricter conditions may apply, including charges up to one (1) night’s accommodation per cancelled room.

No Show Policy

In the event a notification of cancellation is not received hence acknowledged and a guest does not show, the full tariff for the booked stay will be charged.

Child Policy

$20.00 per extra person per night
$15.00 per extra child (5yrs or older) per night

Check-in Policy

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Guests arriving earlier may be accommodated by prior arrangement; however, this is subject to availability.

Upon arrival, all guests are required to report to reception to complete the check-in process.

Other Policy

During weekends, long weekends, and special events, bookings with a minimum night stay requirement are non-refundable for individual cancelled nights.
Cancellations submitted via fax or email will only be considered valid once written confirmation has been provided by the property.
In the event that a cancellation notification is not received and acknowledged, and the guest does not arrive (no-show), the full tariff for the entire booked stay will be charged.

By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and accept these cancellation terms.
