This property is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Perlubie Sea offers luxury accommodation near Streaky Bay. Each villa is air-conditioned, has a king-sized bed, lounge area, bath, shower, kitchenette and a deck with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Every room has a view overlooking the Southern Ocean.

Bookings can be made in accordance with our Deposit Policy using a valid credit card

You will be charged a deposit equal to one nights accommodation on booking.
You will be charged the balance 14 days prior to arrival except in peak periods.
During peak periods you will be charged the balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Peak periods are the 2 weeks on either side of Easter Sunday and from the 15th December to the 31st January.

You will be charged the full amount of your booking if you cancel your booking 14 days prior to arrival except in peak periods.
During peak periods you will be charged the full amount of your booking 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation period cutoff is calculated at 3pm on the 14th or 30th day prior to arrival, whichever is applicable.
If you do not provide full payment as required either 14 or 30 days prior to arrival the owner has the right to cancel your booking. Please note part payments already paid will not be refunded

You will be charged the full amount of your booking based on the cancellation policy.

Children cannot be accommodated at the property.
