Smoking is not permitted inside any of our cottages.
Pets are not permitted in our cottages- please check individual properties for exceptions.
Parking not suitable for large boats
Normal checkout time is 10am unless pre- arranged otherwise.
Deposit Policy
You will be charged a prepayment of 20% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your online booking, we require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 20%.
The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 14 days prior to your arrival. Full payment is required for bookings made within 14 days of arrival
Confirmation and receipt of payment will be forwarded by email.
Please note that Bookings for dates 23 December - 10 January inclusive are NON-REFUNDABLE with payment in full to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival
No Show Policy
In case of No Show 100% of tariff will be charged
Child Policy
Children are welcome in most of our cottages- extra fee applies

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
