We will ask you for your details and full payment up front that is fully-refundable up until 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Note that if cancelled or modified within those last 30 days before arrival, the total price of the reservation will be retained and not refundable. You can cancel without any penalty right up to 30 days prior to your arrival.

Checkin Policy

Check-in starts anytime you arrive. We will always have your apartment ready for your arrival.

Child Policy

Children under 15 yo cannot be accommodated at Channers on Norfolk.

Deposit Policy

We will ask for full accommodation payment up front which is fully-refundable up until 30 days before your arrival date. This is when you enter into our non-refundable period. Should this pose any problems, please let us know.

No-show Policy

Note that in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be retained.
