Rosecliffe Cottages are child friendly. Children's games and DVD's are supplied and the gardens are ideal for playing. Children are invited with their parents to assist in the daily feeding of the farm animals. Our infinity pool has a beach entry. Bambi & Shirley our miniature ponies love children and live for a pat or a carrot. Punchau our alpaca loves a cuddle and kisses.
We warmly welcome your family dog.
Rosecliffe is perfect for pets and we welcome you to bring your doggy family member. Just include that you are bringing your doggy and his/her breed in your booking message. All four cottages have a securely fenced courtyard yard. Rosecliffe Cottage & Rosecliffe Tree Tops also have a fully fenced garden area for your dog. We welcome you to enjoy the property with your dog unleash and to also access the Noosa Trail System with pathways running the boarder of our property with sweeping views. We limit doggy visitors to one medium to large dog e.g. Golden Retriever, Cocker Spaniel or two small dogs e.g Maltese terrier. We do not welcome excessive barkers or aggressive dogs.

Rosecliffe Cottages are fully serviced between bookings with all linens and towels provided. Kitchen and bathroom starter kits are provided. For longer stays fresh towels and linens are provided weekly.

Rosecliffe is located at 171 Ewarts Road, Cooran. It is 1.5 hours from Brisbane International Airport.

Cottages are self catering with fully equipped kitchens. Many wonderful restaurants and available in the local villages.
Room Details
Melbourne Tram
Sleeps up to 1 couple. The Melboune Tram built in 1952 is fully restored and fitted out in saloon style with Art Deco furnishings, a butlers kitchen and claw foot bath. It has reverse cycle air conditioning, Foxtel TV and the toilet/ hand basin in the conductors cabin. The undercover fully fenced courtyard sits under a massive aged fig tree and has seating and a full BBQ with side burner. The tram is dog friendly.

Rosecliffe Bus Stop
Sleeps up to 4 guests. A beautifully restored and appointed 1952 Deco styled Sydney Bus set in an architectally designed building featuring elevated ceilings, full bathroom with original claw foot tub, a kitchen with bar with massive bi-fold windows and doors opening out to a large undercover veranda. Bus Stop has beautiful views to Woondum National Park, over the pools and windmill and out to the coral sea. Bus Stop sits along our alpaca/ llama paddock and you will have our friendly camelids visit you off the veranda. Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children. The bus has reverse cycle air conditioning while the kitchen has ceiling fans and can be open air with doors and window open.

Truly Magnificent views- Sleeps up to 5 guests Tree Tops is a beautifully appointed spacious two bedroom and one bathroom home with polished hardwood floors and 3 meter ceilings. It features a large fully equipped kitchen, entertainment lounge area with a large widescreen TV, luxury bathroom with waterfall taps and rainfall shower/ spa bath combination. Quality linens and towels are supplied. Log effect heaters and tropical ceiling fans are in place for your comfort. The veranda boosts a kilwa veranda setting and a hooded BBQ. There is a yard fully fenced that adjoins to the veranda for your pooch.
