Directions. Heatherlie Cottages: 800 metres north of Halls Gap post office turn into Mt Zero Road then about 250 metres on the left. A late checkout can be arranged for $15 per extra hour.

Booking Policy

Fully paid at the time of booking except for bookings made more than 2 months in advance, then it is a 50 percent deposit. 2.25% surcharge applies to the payments via credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We give 80 percent refund with 14 or more days notice 50 percent with less than 14 days but more than 7 days notice. No refunds with less than 7 days notice unless we can fill the booking. Then 50% if so.

Checkin Policy

Your Cottage Number and Keycode will be sent the day prior to arrival via text message to the mobile number supplied on the booking.

Child Policy

Unsuitable for children or pets.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the total booking price.

No-show Policy
