Cancellation Policy

Prior to 48hrs before arrival: No charges Within 48hrs of arrival: At managements discretion Non-arrival: Cancellation fee equal to 1 nights stay will apply. * Non-refundable cancellation policy applies to all NSW School holiday periods, Public holidays, Christmas, Easter & local festivals where the 1st nights tariff is non-refundable and charged upon booking.

Checkin Policy

If no purchase order is received prior to guests arrival Credit card, photographic ID and full payment will be required on check-in.

Child Policy

Cots for infants under 3 and roll-away beds for children under 10 are available on request, charges apply.

Deposit Policy

Deposit equal to 1 nights stay may be charged once inside the cancellation policy. For reservations within school holidays, public holidays, Christmas, Easter or any local festivals 1 nights non- refundable deposit will be charged upon booking. Balance is payable upon arrival.

No-show Policy

1 Full nights accommodation will be charged.
