The full amount is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 days or more before arrival will be 100% refundable. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival will charge 1st night at full price and 50% refundable for remaining nights.

Checkin Policy

Check-in after 2pm.

Child Policy

Emu Bay Stay. Children are welcome at Emu Bay Stay. There is no charge for infants under 2, do not select them in the number of children but please let us know before your stay. Please ask if you need a cot. Children over two will be charged at the normal adult rate.

No-show Policy

For no shows, there is no refund.
