Booking Policy

A government issued valid ID proof is required for bookings.

Deposit Policy

No prepayment is needed. A credit card will be required for a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel their booking 72 hours prior to the day of arrival with no penalty. Cancellation after this time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total price of the reservation. This cancellation policy does not apply to group bookings, long weekends and or special events, these
bookings will generally incur a 30% cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days prior to the day of arrival, 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days prior to the day of arrival and cancellation fee after this time will be equivalent to the total price of the reservation. All bookings need to be paid in full 72 hours prior to the arrival. Woongarra Motel North Haven reserves the right to cancel any booking without
any further notice if the booking is not fully paid prior to 72 Hours before arrival.

No Show Policy

If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
