Booking PolicyNo same day bookings after 5.30 pm on weekdays, 3 pm Sat, and 1 pm Sun. Guests arriving after close (6 pm weekdays, 4 pm Sat, 2 pm Sun) will need to follow our self check-in procedure, please contact us prior to arrival if this will be the case. Only the booked number of persons can stay in the apartment. No apartment position is better than another.
Cancellation PolicyStudio bookings can be cancelled or shortened up to 48 hours prior to arrival, or 1 week prior to departure once in-house. A full refund is given less any credit card fee (1.8%). If already in-house, the rate will adjust to reflect your actual stay length, which may be higher. Notice of cancellations can be given through the online booking page (for Studios), by phone or email. If you cancel by email, please make sure your cancelation is acknowledged by return email.
Child PolicyChildren are very welcome. Children 3 years or younger can stay free, while those over 3 years need to be booked as an extra person. Portable cots are available for order in all apartments at AUD 10 per day. If you require a cot please call to confirm availability.
Deposit PolicyFull payment is required at the time of booking for stays of up to 1 week. We accept payment by credit card (Visa & Master only). No credit card fee applied when booking online for up to 1 week. We also accept debit cards and direct deposits. No cash is accepted. All charges are in Australian Dollars and appear in the name of Trans Dominion Holdings Pty Ltd.
Noshow PolicyIf you do not check-in as booked no refund is available.
Other PolicyHotel only provides soap in the rooms.
Construction near the hotel will be ongoing every weekday from 07:30 AM until 05:00 PM.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
