Bookings of 3 or more days – 14 days notice prior to arrival date
Bookings of less than 3 days – 72 hours notice prior to arrival date
If a booking is cancelled within the above time period, the first night will be charged. Full amount can be charged for a no-show. No refunds for early departures.

Deposit of 50% of total cost to be paid at the time of the booking.
