Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. The person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. Card must be presented upon arrival.

CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD: December 23nd - January 3th - 8 nights minimum stay

PLEASE NOTE:
All bookings made over the CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD require FULL PAYMENT prior to arrival.

Your listed credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay on December 1st
If your booking is made after December 1st, your card will be charged immediately.

During the CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD, there are to be NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS and NO CHANGES to any bookings after December 1st.

Cancellation Policy

Cambridge Lodge requires 48 hours notice if any booking is to be cancelled.
Past this time, we reserve the right to charge a full rate for the first nights accommodation.
