Booking Policy

Full Name, Address and phone number must be supplied.
Phone number (preferably mobile)
Credit card details must be supplied.$300 security deposit applies.
Dedit cards will be refused.
Direct deposit is available prior to arrival. Call for bank details.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 3 Days notice of Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made prior to the check in date (2PM) or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. In the case of a no show the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Child Policy

Free! One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing beds.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 15 per night when using existing beds.
Supplied child's cot/crib AUD15 per night .
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Noshow Policy

1st Full nights accommodation fee will be charged if notified within cancellation period. In case of no show the full amount will be charged.
