Booking Policy

To Confirm or Amend Bookings:

If the booking is correct and you agree with the Park terms and conditions, please email to the Park with the original email to: info@sandyhollow.com.au as 'CONFIRMED'.

If no such email received from you, it is deemed that the booking is confirmed by you.

If the booking is incorrect or needs to be amended, please reply to the Park with original email and booking confirmation with correct details to info@sandyhollow.com.au

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, No-Shows & Early Departure Terms:

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Failure to cancel within 48 hours OR No Shows, will incur 1 night's accommodation fee per room.

Early departures will incur 1 night's accommodation fee per room.

Child Policy

Child age is under 14 years old.

Child under 9 years old is not recommended to sleep in top bunk bed; it is parents' responsibility to supervise the use of top bunk.

Deposit Policy

At the time of booking, valid credit card information must be provided. If the credit card is not valid, your booking may be cancelled, as the reservation is no longer considered a guaranteed booking.

Full payment of booking is required upon check in.

Noshow Policy

Failure to cancel within the agreed terms Or No Shows, will incur 1 night's accommodation fee per room.
Early departures will incur 1 night's accommodation fee per room.

Other Policy

We are a pet friendly park for campers and caravaners. Pets are NOT allowed in the cabins or motels.

All cabin/motel accommodation in the park is Non-Smoking. Smoking in rooms will attract an extra cleaning fee of $200. Ashtrays are provided on every veranda.

Peak surcharge may apply to Public Holidays, Long weekends and some school holidays. Minimum bookings may also apply.

Portable Cots are available for hire at $10 per day.

Special rates may be available for long term accommodation.

Any damages to the park property must be reported to the management as well as any missing properties in the room will have to be charged and paid for.
