Booking Policy

Credit card details to be provided at time of booking. We only ask for these details as a confirmation of your booking. Payment type of your choice will be taken upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen and you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking from time to time. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.

You will be charged the total price of booking if you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival date.

Child Policy

Children up to 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge for children two years of age and under.

If you require a portable cot for your infant/toddler aged two and below, there is a $20 charge stay. You will need to request a portable cot at the time of booking.

At your request we can arrange for a rollaway bed for additional guests $20 per person, per night (not available in all room types). Please add your request at time of booking to avoid disappointment.

Deposit Policy

A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. Payment type of your choice will be taken upon check-in.
