Terms & Conditions


Booking Policy

ALL bookings must be secured with a payment equal to 1 nights tariff. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is due and payable on the day. All bookings are to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. (Flexibility may be given during OFF PEAK).

Cancellation Policy

OFF PEAK: bookings cancelled 48 hours or less, prior to arrival, a fee equal to 1 nights accommodation.

PEAK: bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, forfeit full amount.

SPECIAL EVENTS & LWE's: cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival. Full payment is non refundable.

(partial refunds may be offered if rooms are rebooked for entire time).

Child Policy

We welcome children at Sonbern Lodge Motel and expect parents and children to respect other guest right to a quiet and relaxing stay. Children under 2, sharing existing bedding with adults, stay at no cost. All children, requiring the use of motel beds, will be charged at the current child rate.

Deposit Policy

Deposit payment are required at the time of making your reservation. PEAK SEASON, balance payments, are due 21 days prior to arrival . Bonds are payable on arrival.

Noshow Policy

In the event of a "no show", (guest does not arrive and fails to advise the Motel), full payment of the reservation is NON refundable.

Other Policy

Sonbern Lodge Motel "DOES NOT" cater for end of year sporting trips and reserves the right to eject noisy and intoxicated guests, without refund. Any damage to Motel property is the responsibility of the guest who completed the registration form. We respect your right to the use of Motel property and your privacy. We also expect you to take care, when using Motel property and not to abuse other guests, staff or Motel property.

QUIET TIME starts at 10-30pm! (Failure to comply may result in Loss of BOND or additional charges).

PETS are strictly, "NOT ALLOWED", on site!! (This includes, in cars in our carpark).
