Our one bedroom apartments have been designed for your security, comfort and convenience. Each apartment contains a spacious living area which opens directly onto a large, private balcony. Booking Policy

American Express Card is acceptable, extra 3.5% bank fee surcharge will be applied based on the room rate.

Diners Club Card is acceptable, extra 4% bank fee surcharge will be applied based on the room rate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 precent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
One older child or adult is charged AUD 35 per person per night in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years is charged AUD 15 per night in a child's cot/crib.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night may be charged anytime after booking.
Valid credit card/cash deposit is required at check in time for security reason, without any damage, the deposit is fully refundable.
Full rate may be charged if guest is going to do self check in (arrive during weekends and out of our business hours) before we set up the self check in process. Apartment staff will contact guest for self check in procedures.

Noshow Policy

If the guest is no show, the full amount of room rate will be charged.

Other Policy

One bedroom apartment rate is for 2 people stay. The room can accommodation 3 people maximum.
Two bedroom apartment rate is for 4 people stay. The room can accommodation 5 people maximum.

Extra Sofa bed can be set up in the same room based on guest needs and cost AUD 30 (excluding GST) each night each person.

ADSL 2+ High Speed Wi-Fi is available in the hotel rooms based on charge. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in lobby area.

Secured Car parking spot is available in the hotel basement level and discount rate at $12 per 24 hours for one spot is offered to our guest, extra spot needed could be advised upon check in time based on additional fee.

Pets are not allowed.

Departure instruction:

Our check out time is at 10:00am Brisbane local time.
Please leave the property neat and tidy. The cleaner will complete the cleaning, however it is pretty much appreciated if guest could keep the room well, if the room is being extremely messy at check out time, extra cleaning fee is going to be charged, anything damage cost would on guest's expense during your stay. Thank you.
