Booking PolicyOur tariff is based on a per room basis with two persons per bedroom.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy or if not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it
Cancellation PolicyThe deposit is refunded in full if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. If less than 14 days notice is given, deposit will be refunded only if a replacement booking is obtained.
Child PolicyThe Cottage at Bolobek is not suited to accommodate children. While the team at Bolobek love children, the cottage is simply not adequately equipped or designed for children as Bolobek is a working farm. Guests must be over 18.
Deposit PolicyDeposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Noshow PolicyFull amount is forfeited
Other PolicyPets are not allowed.
Loss of the key by the tenants will incur a charge of $50 for the replacement of lock barrels and new keys.
The property and its contents, equipment and appliances are checked regularly and believed to be in good working order. The proprietors of The Cottage at Bolobek cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond their control in the unlikely event of mechanical breakdown, plumbing or wiring problems, inclement weather etc.
The owners reserve the right to alter, adjust or cancel bookings where operational or other issues prevent the use of the property by guests and shall not be liable for any costs arising out of said cancellation. A full refund of tariff will be made.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Use contrary to this will result in additional payments.
Damage, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
As per government regulations all of our staff must be vaccinated for Covid 19. It is however at this stage not mandated that guests be vaccinated however that may change in the future.
After due consideration we have decided as a business that we require all guests over the age of 18 to be vaccinated or have a medical exemption. This is to protect our staff, ourselves and you and your group as future guests.
Should for these reasons you not wish to proceed with the booking you can request a full refund which will be forthcoming.
We hope you understand and support our decision. We will need to see a screen shot of all vaccination certificates or exemptions prior to your stay. These will be deleted once sighted. These can be sent as emails or texts.
