Air-conditioned, microwave, electric jug and toaster, fridge, ceiling fan, undercover carparking, smoking outside room only. Home cooked Dinners available with 24 hours notice. This is a pet friendly room. Notice is required at time of booking please if pets are travelling with you. Charges may apply. Credit card details are required if pets are travelling with you. Pets are not allowed on the bed. If your pets sleeps with you at home I am more than happy for you to bring your own bedding.

Cancellation Policy

Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur the loss of the the first nights accommodation charges. A no show will incur the same penalty.
