Booking Policy

No room to be booked by anyone under the age of 18.
This is a pet friendly motel. Please advise at the time of booking if you will be travelling with a pet.

Cancellation Policy

Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur the loss of the the first nights accommodation charges. A no show will incur the same penalty.

Child Policy

Children under the age 15 using the existing bedding will not be charged. Extra children will be charged at $5 per night.

Deposit Policy

The first night's accommodation charges will be taken at the time of booking. A receipt will be sent to your email address provided.

Noshow Policy

The deposit of the first nights accommodation charge will be taken.

Other Policy

This is a pet friendly motel. Please advise at the time of booking if you will be travelling with a pet. Charges will apply if the room has been left in a soiled state.

This is a non-smoking motel. Charges will apply if found smoking in the rooms. Smoking facilities are located outside each room. Entrance door to the room must be closed at all time when smoking outside or when air-con is on.
