Booking Policy

An address, contact phone number, email address and credit card number will be required when making a booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 7 days notice for cancellations or changes for all bookings except Major events which require 28 days notice. During weekends and event periods where a minimum night stay is required single nights cannot be cancelled. In the event of cancellation outside of this policy the full tariff will be charged to the credit card supplied at time of booking

Child Policy

All children are welcome.

Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

One child under 2 years is charged AUD 10 per person per night in a crib.

All children from 2 to 15 years are charged AUD 15 per person per night when using existing beds.

All older children or adults are charged AUD 20 per person per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Deposit Policy

With the exception of major event weekends, no deposit is required when making a reservation, however a valid credit card is required to secure the booking. All bookings made with a credit card could be pre-authorised. Major event weekends will require the first nights tariff to be paid 28 days prior to arrival. This will be charged to the Credit Card provided at time of booking.

Noshow Policy

If no notification is given in relation to not arriving, the guest will be charged the total tariff for the booking. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at time of reservation.

Other Policy

By supplying a Credit Card number to secure a booking, you acknowledge that any theft or damage to property will be charged to the credit card supplied.
Major Events include things like Day on the Green, Tastes of Rutherglen, WInery Walkabout etc
