Booking Policy

LATE ARRIVALS are to make prior arrangements with motel by calling us direct on 0754442988.
Credit Card and/or Cash Bond & Drivers Licence are Required for check in for security of room.
Please note: Terms of Stay must be agreed to and signed upon arrival. Please see our website for more details.
In consideration of all guests we do not accept groups/party's to use the motel as a gathering/party place.
Under-age guests must have a responsible adult for the duration of stay.
We reserve the right to refuse past guests who have caused problems on previous stays.
No Pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

*CANCELLATION notice required is 3 days before arrival. In case of no show and no notice, 1 nights fee of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

*RECEPTION CLOSES at 6pm Mon-Fri & 4pm Weekends and Holidays

Child Policy

*MINORS: All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Bookings will be refused when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID or proof of guardianship.

Deposit Policy

Full payment of accommodation is due on arrival.

Noshow Policy

In case of no show and no notice, 1 nights fee of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

*NO PARTY POLICY: The motel unit/complex is not be used as a gathering place for partying or the like; nor for unlawful purposes. All guests are requested to adhere to the rules ensuring every guest peaceful enjoyment of the location.
* EVICTION: Managers reserve the right to refuse return guests or evict guests staying who have caused or are causing damage or disruption to the motel and its guests.
*CHARGES: If in the course of a guest's stay, and/or any visitors of that room, should any damage/extra cleaning expenses become apparent the guest's credit card will be charged an amount appropriate to the expense, at a rate determined by the management.
*NO Pets are allowed in the motel complex.

*New Years Bookings: All guests who are staying will have names taken on arrival as only those guests will be allowed access to motel.
