Booking Policy

A valid credit card will be required to confirm the booking. Mobile phone number will be required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Make changes or cancel this booking online 48 hours before check in for free. If cancelled or modified later, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of a 1-night stay will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. A $30,00 charge will added to room rate for each child.

Children's cots/cribs are not available.

One older child or adult is charged AUD 30 per person per night in an extra bed.

One older child or adult is charged AUD 30 per person per night when using existing beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Deposit Policy

100% of 1 night stay may be charged in advance of your arrival.

Noshow Policy

For all no shows, the first night will be charged at full rates.

Other Policy

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
