Terms & Conditions Booking Policy Credit card details are required to secure a booking and a deposit taken when the booking is confirmed by hotel staff. Any balance payable is processed 24 hours prior to arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made.Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation any deposit refund is at the discretion of management. Cancellation policy states that the deposit is non-refundable however, in some circumstances the deposit may be refundable if the cancellation is made early enough enabling the room to be re-booked.
