Booking Policy

Credit card details are required to secure a booking and a deposit taken when the booking is confirmed by hotel staff. Any balance payable is processed 24 hours prior to arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation any deposit refund is at the discretion of management. Cancellation policy states that the deposit is non-refundable however, in some circumstances the deposit may be refundable if the cancellation is made early enough enabling the room to be re-booked. If your deposit is refunded a $50 cancellation fee applies to Rooms and an $80 cancellation fee applies to Apartments and Houses.

Child Policy

All children are welcome.
Children under 2 years are free of charge. Cot hire is $15 per night or $50 per week.
Children aged 2 to 17 years are charged AUD $15 per person per night.
Persons 18 years and over are charged AUD $30 per person per night.

Deposit Policy

A deposit to the value of 50% of the cost of the stay, or full payment if the booking is one night only is required to book accommodation. The deposit payment is only processed when the booking has been confirmed by hotel staff.
