Booking Policy

* All rooms are on upper floors, accessible by stairs only. Not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Staff can assist with luggage at check-in.

* A prepayment is required to secure your reservation upon confirmation.

*Parking: Free guest parking is available onsite. No reservation required.

* A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 7:00–8:00 AM in the ground-floor dining room. Guests should reserve their time at check-in. Special diets, alternative times, room service, and shared kitchen facilities are not available.

Cancellation Policy

* Free cancellation up to 48 hours before 12:00 AM (AEST) on the check-in date.

* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

* Refunds are processed within 2 business days. Please note that credit card surcharges (1.6% bank processing fee) are non-refundable.
