This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove top, microwave, electric frypan, toaster, kettle, full size fridge all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. It also includes it's own 6ft enclosed courtyard, enclosed deck with lake views and outdoor furniture own BBQ. Own bathroom. Linen is included. Access to fully fenced communal yard to run around and access to our private Lake access via a small jetty and boat ramp.

Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification, a valid credit card or cash deposit is required at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur an administration fee of 35% of the total booking fee.

Child Policy

All children are welcome.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are 20% of full cost or the cost of one nights accommodation, whichever is greater. Except for the Peak Period when a deposit of 50% of full cost is required to secure the booking and the balance due is to be paid 30 days before your date of arrival.

Noshow Policy

In case of No-Show 100% of first night will be charged.

Other Policy

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. If units are left in an dirty or untidy state a minimum fee of $75 will be charged.
