Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation in case booking is cancelled with 14 days notice otherwise first night will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged AUD 50 per night for extra beds.

Deposit Policy

You will be charged a prepayment of first night at the time booking and remaining will be charged on the arrival date.

Noshow Policy

In case of NoShow 100% of first night will be charged.
