Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will incur a $55 administration fee. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children above 1 year are charged AUD 20 per night. All further older children or adults are charged AUD 20 per night for extra beds.

Deposit Policy

You will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation and the remaining amount in the 2 days before arrival

Noshow Policy

In case of NoShow full amount will be charged.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
