Booking Policy

Please note: When booking with us you agree to Toogoolawah Motel TERMS & CONDITIONS.

* To SECURE your booking we require...........

VALID CREDIT CARD & PHONE NUMBER OF GUEST.
Non-refundable Booking fee $20 on all cancellations.
Payment is not taken until arrival. Card fee applies.
48hrs required for cancellation, 1st night charged for late cancellation.
Payment for rooms must be completed at time of check in.
We do NOT accept virtual charge back cards from off shore banks.


* CHECK-IN...... 1.30pm
* CHECK-OUT... 9.30am.
A surcharge of $30 per hour will be charged if you check-out after 9:30.
* To ADD late check-out/early check-in to your reservation, please let us know when making the
booking so tariff can be adjusted accordingly.

Accounts not paid more than 7 days after check-in will attract a 10% administration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable Booking/Administration fee of $20 on all cancellations.
48hrs cancellation notice for 1 to 3 days booking
Late cancellations. Full charge for 1st night.
Multiple Days/Rooms will require 7 DAYS notice for cancellation.
"No Shows" will be Charged Full Price after 7pm.

Child Policy

Child friendly. Child are to be supervised at all times.

Deposit Policy

48hr notice for cancellation of booking for 1 to 3 nights
We require 7 days notice of cancellation and refundable Deposit for 4 or more rooms or days.

Please pay 48hrs prior to check-in if paying by Bank Transfer.

Noshow Policy

No show will be charged full rate.
