Booking Policy
PLEASE NOTE: THE BOAT SHED IS NOT SUITABLE AS A QUARANTINE HOTEL.
During the Covid pandemic we request all interstate travellers make enquiries via E mail or phone prior to making bookings. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from Hot spot Covid areas or areas posing an unacceptable high risk. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Your address details, as well as your mobile/cell phone numbers are required. A valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required plus 2.5% commission.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be provided before 30 days of your stay however will incur the loss of deposit to cover administrative costs and the loss of booking. A full refund is not possible within 30 days of your stay except in extenuating circumstances. Change of booking dates is the preferred policy and may occur subject to availability by contacting the owner

Child Policy
No children thank you.
Deposit Policy
30% of the total booking is required at the time of booking which is non refundable. The total amount will be charged 30 days before check-in and is non refundable.
Noshow Policy
The whole of the amount of accommodation is non refundable.

In the event of any Government closure of border or mandatory quarantine requirement preventing utilisation of an existing paid booking:
Rebooking of dates subject to availability honouring the previous deposit . (Additional funds may be required if changing from low to a higher season depending on the length of stay) Rebooking can occur by contacting the owner

Refund of full booking excluding the deposit if a change of booking cannot occur. (The deposit will be forfeit to cover administrative costs and the loss of booking).
