Booking Policy

A valid government issued id proof is required for bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy applies with confirmation of the reservation and applies if cancellation is caused by the client. Cancellations, No Shows, or Postponed reservations within 2 days of arrival will charge 100% of booking tariffs. Reservations made through a booking agency will upon cancellation attract said booking agencies administration fee in addition to escape fees & charges.

We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation.

However we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond our control. If such a situation arises we reserve the right to offer to relocate you to an alternative property of similar standard and location at any time. If this occurs then you can confirm your stay at the alternative property or request a full refund.

Other Policy

No Party and No shouting at Motel. Please inspect the room before check in,if you are happy,then pay the money. We will not refund any money after check in the room. Motel reserve the right to check out costomer immediatly,if break the any policies without refund.
Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. If you expect to arrive after 21:30 please advise the property of your mobile phone number so key pick up arrangements can be made.


You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card and a 3.5% charge when you pay with a Union Pay debit or credit card.



Guests may be required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.



The child’s cot/crib is not available. All further older children or adults are charged AUD 30 per person per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.



DEPOSIT: 100% of all nights is charged 3 days prior to arrival for longer stays.




Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 300 can be required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will
be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

NO PARTY POLICY Parties are strictly prohibited in rooms and on motel property. Breaches of policies will result in immediate termination
