Booking Policy

Please Note:
Payment of tariff is deemed acknowledgement of and acceptance of all policies, terms and conditions listed below and elsewhere on the website.

All bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights.
Weekend bookings may be either Friday/Saturday nights or Saturday/Sunday nights.
Maximum occupancy is two adults per cottage.
Full payment of tariff is required to secure a booking. Bookings attract a 2% credit card fee.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations incur an administration fee of $50.

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to booked arrival date: full refund less administration fee.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to booked arrival date: no refund applies unless accommodation is re-let.
No show: no refund applies.

Child Policy

Adults only.

Deposit Policy

Full payment of tariff is required to secure a booking (Visa and MasterCard etc attract a 2% surcharge).

Noshow Policy

No show: no refund applies.

Other Policy

Please note:
The cottage should be left in the condition in which you found it. You are responsible for, in the unlikely event of, any damage, breakages, washing up prior to departure, timely check-out etc and will be charged, without written consent, for any damage and/or excess cleaning required (minimum $50).
