Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and cash or bank credit cards . Deposits may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
Deposits are charged at the time of bookings to secure bookings.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival for a full refund . You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival, at the full rate for that night.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. Cots/cribs are free.

Deposit Policy

You will be charged a prepayment deposit of 100% to secure the booking for the dates you require .

Noshow Policy

In case of NoShow , that is booked in your name , and you did not contact us at all , You will be charged100% of first night for full amount, of the booking.

Dog policy
We have established a few rules for the safety and comfort of all guests staying with us , and can be found on our web site , www.tiarotouriststopover.com.au
A few examples are,
It is the dog owners responsibility to control and manage their dog and must be leashed , at all times.
We don't have a problem with dogs staying in the cabins , but request they do not sleep on the beds, we have dog pillows for them to sleep on , if needed.
