Ultimate Apartments Bondi Beach is a contemporary Bondi Beach property, offering affordable serviced apartment accommodation with excellent facilities. We are ideal for both short term accommodation as an alternative to a hotel, or for longer term renting.
We are conveniently located in the central Bondi village, very close to Sydney's ultimate beach. We are also near Bondi Junction and other Sydney eastern suburbs, including Coogee Beach, Clovelly, Randwick and Rose Bay. There is a bus stop outside the property.
Each apartment has complimentary secure parking, and there is a laundry, pool and wireless internet available.
We are a cheaper alternative to high-end apartment hotels or boutique hotel accommodation in the Bondi area. There isn't the extra expense that comes with 24 hour on-demand hotel services such as room service, a restaurant or a concierge desk.

Getting There :The 379 bus stops right outside our door step. Please see our links page for a link to Sydney bus and train timetables.

Trains from Sydney Airport arrive at Central Station. Change trains to Bondi Junction station (Eastern Suburbs line), then take the 379 bus to us. It is also possible to take the 350 bus from Sydney Airport to Bondi Junction bus interchange.

If you're driving, we are located at a roundabout on O'Brien St, which is off Old South Head Road. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Bondi from Sydney CBD, and 35 minutes from Sydney Airport, subject to traffic conditions.

Dining

There are a large variety of restaurants, cafes and other food stores within moments walk of the property. Each studio apartment has a self contained kitchenette with cooking element, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cooking and eating ware etc.

Queen Studio

Features a queen sized bed for a couple or individual. A 3rd person can be accommodated on a sofa bed as an optional extra. Children over 3 years must be booked as an extra person. The apartments are similar to a "L" shaped hotel room with an ensuite bathroom. The sleeping area is at one end, and a kitchenette and lounge is at the other. All apartments include a full wardrobe, cooking facilities, dining ware and other features noted below. Free onsite parking is also included.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

No same day bookings after 4.30 pm on weekdays, 3 pm Sat, and 1 pm Sun. Guests arriving after close (5 pm weekdays, 4 pm Sat, 2 pm Sun) will need to follow our self check-in procedure, please contact us prior to arrival if this will be the case. Only the booked number of persons can stay in the apartment. No apartment position is better than another.

Deposit Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card (Visa & Master only). All bank card transactions incur a 1.8% processing fee. We also accept debit cards and direct deposits. No cash is accepted. All charges are in Australian Dollars and appear in the name of Trans Dominion Holdings Pty Ltd.

Cancellation Policy

Studio bookings can be cancelled or shortened up to 48 hours prior to arrival, or 1 week prior to departure once in-house. A full refund is given less any credit card fee (1.8%). If already in-house, the rate will adjust to reflect your actual stay length, which may be higher. Notice of cancellations can be given through the online booking page (for Studios), by phone or email. If you cancel by email, please make sure your cancellation is acknowledged by return email.

No Show Policy

If you do not check-in as booked no refund is available.

Child Policy

Children are very welcome. Children 3 years or younger can stay free, while those over 3 years need to be booked as an extra person. Portable cots are available for order in all apartments at AUD 10 per day. If you require a cot please call to confirm availability.

Check-in Policy

A photocopy of a valid Master/Visa credit card and matching personal ID is required upon check-in. You will also need to read and sign a rental agreement containing our property rules. We have a strict policy on littering, noisy behaviour, property damage and in-room smoking. Smoking is only allowed in a designated smokers point and alcohol cannot be consumed outside the apartments.

Other Policy

Hotel only provides soap in the rooms.
Construction near the hotel will be ongoing every weekday from 07:30 AM until 05:00 PM.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
