Booking Policy
Booking confirms the guest's acceptance of Arthurs Views terms and conditions.
Deposit Policy
50% deposit at time of booking and balance processed using the same credit card 30 days prior to check-in when bookings are made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking if made within 30 days of arrival. This booking is not confirmed until your credit card payment is processed. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex; a 3% surcharge is applied to Amex payments and a 2% charge to Visa and MasterCard payments.
Cancellation Policy
Non Covid: The booking payment is refundable less $50 administration levy if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival date. If less than 30 days to arrival date the payment is only refunded less the cancellation fee ($50.00) if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking again at the same rates. If not rebooked the total room rate is forfeited. For further protection we recommend Travel Insurance be taken out.
No Show Policy
In the case of a no show full payment for the booking is forfeit.
Child Policy
We are a couples only retreat and in consideration and respect of other guests do not cater for babies or children in the suites or on the premises. Guests who do not adhere to this condition may be asked to leave. Please note, accommodation fees would be non refundable.
Check-in Policy
The entry code to your room will be sent to you on check-in day by SMS between 2.30 and 3.00pm. Guests are required to provide valid credit card details prior to check in. Guests are expected to leave the suites in the condition in which they found them, costs incurred for excessive cleaning and breakages will be charged to the guests' credit card.
Other Policy
Covid related cancellations: Flexible and refundable bookings apply (less any merchant or bank fees incurred at the time of booking) for guests unable to travel due to Covid Government restrictions, or because they have been directly affected by Covid.
