Booking Policy
Bookings can be made by phone, email or book directly on-line on our web-site. All bookings must be paid for in full 7 days prior to the arrival date. If the booking is not paid for in full at least 7 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is not charged at the time of booking however the booking must be paid for in full 7 days prior to the arrival date.Your credit card will be charged automatically 7 days prior to arrival unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up until 7 days before arrival date.
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date you will be charged for the entire booking.
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date you will be charged for the entire booking.
No Show Policy
If you fail to arrive without notification you will be charged for the total cost of the accommodation.
Child Policy
Children over the age of two are charged at the adult rate. No charge for children under two.

Check- in available from 2pm.
Other Policy
We do not accept " schoolies" or any other party groups. We only accepting sporting groups subject to approval. We are a quiet complex and we try to ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing stay.
