Valid working credit card details are required when making a booking. Minimum age of guest responsible for reservation must be 18. Guest under 18 are not permitted without parent or legal guardian. All guests must be declared. For any extra guests found to be staying without notice fees will be applied and or the reservation may be cancelled immediately without refund.

For reservation made on behalf of a corporate guest where the card for payment will not be present a purchase order/charge back authority must be provided prior to the guests arrival.

For reservations within school holidays, public holidays, Christmas, Easter or any local festivals the 1st nights non-refundable deposit will be charged upon booking.

For all other reservations a deposit equal to 1 nights stay may be charged once inside the cancellation policy. Balance & security bond is payable upon arrival.

Prior to 2 pm, 48hrs before arrival: No charge
Within 48hrs of arrival: 1st nights tariff will be charged
Non-arrival: Cancellation fee equal to the total stay will be charged.

* Non-refundable cancellation policy applies to all NSW School holiday periods, Public holidays, Christmas, Easter & local festivals where the 1st nights tariff is non-refundable and charged upon booking.

The total stay will be charged to the card provided when the reservation was made.

Cots for infants under 2 and roll-away beds for children under 10 are available on request, fees apply. Up to 1 child under 2 yrs of age may stay without fee when co-sleeping or guests provide own bassinet. Any extra linens/towels, bedding or cleaning will attract a fees.

Physical credit card (digital NOT accepted) and photograph ID must be presented at reception on check-in. Payment for the total stay plus a $150 security bond is payable upon arrival. Acceptable payment methods are Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Cash as a security bond is NOT acceptable. Inability to provide these requirements on check-in may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
