Car Parking : You have your own off-street driveway at the cottage.
Getting There : To get to the Sunshine Coast, take the Langdale ferry from the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal in West Vancouver. It is a 40 minute stunning ferry ride so keep your camera ready. Once you arrive, follow the signs to Sechelt, and you will arrive at Blue Waters in approx. 20 - 30 minutes.

Blue Waters Cottage is located on the Sunshine Coast Highway between the beach in Davis Bay, and the restaurants and shops of Sechelt on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of BC.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

---- PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD'S CVV NUMBER under SPECIAL REQUESTS in booking process. ----
- All bookings must be confirmed by the owner. You will receive an email to this effect within a couple of business hours.
- Bookings must be for a minimum of 3 nights unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Policy

- All monies will be charged to the card entered on the reservation at time of booking, unless you advise differently (such as preference to pay via etransfer). There is a 3% charge for credit cards, but no charge if you choose to send via e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

- All monies are refunded if cancelled 14 days or more before check-in.
- If cancelled within 14 days before check-in, a refund of 50% is available.
- If cancelled within 7 days, we are sorry but no refund is available.

No Show Policy

If cancelled within 7 days of check-in, or guests do not show up on check-in date, all funds will be retained.

Child Policy

- Children under the age of 6 yrs. old not allowed in the hot tub for sanitary reasons.
- For children under 10 a refundable deposit of $100 is required and will be returned within 7 days of check-out provided there is no damage.

Check-in Policy

When you arrive at Blue Waters Cottage, you can just let yourself in to the cottage using the code sent to you in the separate email. Please text us to advise when you arrive.

Other Policy

- 5% GST and 10% PST/Hotel Tax must be added to all bookings (the prices quoted are not Tax Included). This site does not calculate the taxes properly, but the email sent to you after booking will provide the correct amounts.
- Min. 3 night booking.
- We can accommodate a max. of 4 people.
- No smoking inside the cottage.
- There is a minimum cleaning fee of $75 for all bookings. For bookings of 1 week or more, the fee is $75 per week.
- Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
- Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the hot tub for sanitary reasons.
- For children under 10 a refundable deposit of $100 is required and will be returned within 7 days of check-out.
- We are pleased to offer your choice of red, white or blush wine with bookings of 4 days or more.
