Getting There : Take the Phillip Island exit at Anderson onto the Phillip Island Tourist Road (B420) through to SanRemo and over the bridge. Continue into Cowes approx 15 minute drive and The Arthur Phillip is the first Motel on the right hand side of the road about 300 metres past the RSL Club.

Booking Policy
Government-issued photo identification required and a credit card with the same name as ID.
Deposit Policy
You will be charged a prepayment of your first night in the 2 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. On Christmas and Special Events you need to cancel 30 days before arrival. Otherwise a cancellation fee of the first night will apply.
No Show Policy
In case of No Show 100% of first night will be charged.
Child Policy
Children are welcome.

Other Policy
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. No pets allowed. Daily housekeeping not available on public holidays.
