Tree Top Walk Motel

We can accommodate families in suites that include all of the above plus an additional bedroom with 3 single beds. The motel also offers a swimming pool and on site guest laundry facilities. None of our suites should be considered self-catering, although a Microwave is provided. Each suite is air conditioned and features a smart TV and fast wi-fi access. Some suites feature a sitting area where you can relax. Each suite is fitted with a private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The district is popular for hiking, bike riding, sightseeing.

Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit to be provided at check-in as security for your stay
and to cover incidental charges
Base rate quoted is for 2 people only

Deposit Policy

All bookings will incur a prepayment charge of the first night at time of reservation and the remaining amount on day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will incur an administration fee equal to the pre-paid deposit.

No Show Policy

In case of No Show full amount of booking will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome.

Children 1 – 10 years are charged AUD 25 per night to sleep on sofa
Cot $25 per night (2 available)

Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability

Payment accepted by Direct Bank Deposit, Debit Card, Credit Card or Cash
Bank surcharge fee will be added to all payments via Credit Card.

Cleaning Fee
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to anyone who smokes in the room, or leaves room in unacceptable state

Pet Policy
We do not permit pets but do permit service dogs with supporting documentation

Prices by arrangement—all rates quoted are nett
Initial estimation of rooms held without charge up to 30 days prior to checkin
Final room and guest numbers to be confirmed 30 days prior to checkin
Deposit of 30% required to be paid 30 days prior to checkin
Balance of payment in full 14 days prior to arrival.
