CANCELLATION POLICY - 48hrs notice for cancellation up to 4 days booked.
- 7 days notice for more than 4 days booked.
Charges apply for late notification. No shows will be charged full tariff.

* Virtual cards authorized by banking outside Australia are not accepted.

All VISITORS OF GUESTS must report to office, and leave by 7pm.

- Complimentary charging E-bikes, (batteries not in rooms) extension leads available.

By providing Valid Credit Card details you warrant that you have authority to use the credit card and you Authorize Toogoolawah Motel to charge the credit card the full amount at Check-in and pay for your stay.
Toogoolawah Motel also reserve the right to Charge the Card after departure where additional costs have been incurred such as ....... extra Bed/Guests, additional cleaning, smoking fee's, disruption to other guests, setting off smoke alarm, or damage to property. This will include administration fee.

Conditions apply... Small dogs only. Well behaved.
No pets ON or IN Motel Beds......Cleaning fee applies.
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN ROOM

* CHILDREN 16yrs and under MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

* NOISE...Quiet time is requested from 8pm . Excessive noise can be a major cause of complaint.
Loud music, Televisions or Yelling that causes excessive noise will not be tolerated. You will be
asked to leave.

* NO SMOKING, OPEN FLAME COOKING, CANDLES OR INCENSE STICKS.
All guests are asked to smoke outside rooms with doors closed (Not in Bathrooms)
Guest failing to abide by this term will be responsible for the Cost of Smokers Clean. $500
* Setting off Smoke alarms $1000 fee.

* HOUSEKEEPING. WEEKLY Service Clean including fresh linen.
This clean is scheduled from 9am on the day it is due.
Should guests wish to request additional clean or linen, charges apply.
Corporate guests, your company must request and pay for extra clean prior to arrival

* INSURANCE for your belongings must be arranged by yourself.
No liability is accepted by the property owner for any Personal Injury, Debt, Damage, Loss, Delay,
or inconvenience caused by events outside the Owner’s control.
* Please check your room on departure, lost property will not be posted automatically. Charges for
returns apply.
Items will remain onsite for 2 months for guests to arrange collection.

* NOTICE ANY DAMAGE? please let us know immediately to avoid disputes on departure.

* CLEANING - you agree to leave property in a clean and tidy state, cups rinsed. ALL
Rubbish IN the room bin.
EXCESS RUBBISH that does not fit into the bin in your room must be disposed of
responsibly.
Any excessive cleaning or damage will be charged accordingly to the nominated card on your
booking.

* DAMAGES to the room, common areas or fixtures and fittings of the property must be
reported to reception immediately and paid for.

* Lost KEY $250 replacement fee

* The guest agrees to allow the OWNER or APPOINTED TRADES PERSON to enter into the room at
the time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints. You will be notified prior to entry unless an
emergency

* NO PARTY POLICY - This strict policy ensures we can protect all Guests and Motel from damage
and maintain our property to the standard expected by all guests.

* To be fair. Please let us know if you need assistance on your stay, not when you go to
reviews after your stay. Nothing can be done.
