10% of total booking cost is payable if booking is cancelled with 14 days notice. In case booking is cancelled less than 14 days 50% of total booking cost is payable.

Excludes long weekends.

No Show Policy

There are no refunds available when a group or individual does not show up.

Child Policy

Children under 2 are free.
Children between 2 and 16 are charged at $5 per night.

Other Policy

Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis to make sure we remain a family friendly park. Dogs must be on a lead and under parental supervision at all times. Please include breed information when submitting a booking request.

Fires are permitted pending suitable conditions.

Swimming in the river is common and permitted at Doon Reserve. Doon Reserve provides no supervision or assistance for this activity.
