Golton in the Gap is a modern, architecturally designed home in the heart of Halls Gap. This beautifully appointed home accommodates up to eight guests in three spacious bedrooms, two with king sized beds and third with four single beds (no bunks).

The large open living, dining and lounge area invites relaxation with comfortable furnishings, leather lounges, wood heater and polished timber floors. Panoramic windows showcase the majestic ancient landscape. The living area, and all bedrooms offer split system heating and cooling to provide individual comfort for all. For your entertainment, the living area has a large screen TV, DVD player and bluetooth soundbar, and each of the bedrooms also have their own TV/DVD player.

Golton in the Gap offers contemporary comfort and convenience for travellers. The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and stone benchtops. The spacious bathroom and ensuite each have a walk-in shower for your luxurious shower indulgence and custom stone vanities, and the bathroom also features a stylish freestanding bath for your complete relaxation.

Booking Policy

MINIMUM STAY
Minimum 2 night booking for mid week and weekends
Minimum 3 night booking for long weekends
Melbourne Cup Weekend : 4 night minimum stay
Easter : 5 night minimum stay
Christmas/New Year : 6 night minimum stay

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
Maximum occupancy 8 guests
Accommodation must only be used for private/residential use and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation. The person whose name is on the booking confirmation is responsible for all members of the party and their guests.
The number of guests should not exceed the number confirmed and additional rates will apply for any extra guests staying at the property that were not included as part of the original booking.

SECURITY BOND
A $500 security bond will be held against your credit card but not charged unless required. This will be as security to cover any costs incurred due to breakage, damage, extra cleaning costs and additional guests.

Deposit Policy

Deposit of 25% payable at time of booking
Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a 100% refund of money paid.
Cancellations notified less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full amount paid.
When a booking has been made less than 30 days prior to arrival date and cancelled the full amount paid will be forfeited.

No Show Policy

If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked no refund will be given

Child Policy

All children are welcome.
A portable cot and a highchair are available for use. Please provide your own linen for the cot.

Other Policy

KEYS
It is the responsibility of guests to ensure the safe keeping of keys for the duration of the stay. Prior to departure keys MUST be returned and safely stored in the locked key safe. In the event that guests lock themselves out of the property or misplace the key, a $100 call out fee will be charged for management to unlock the property.

DUE CARE AND CLEANLINESS
It is the guests responsibility on departure to leave the house and property tidy and in a respectable condition. We ask you to treat our property with care and show respect for our guest services staff. Please place all rubbish in bins provided, wipe kitchen surfaces and ensure all dishes are washed. Although we understand that accidents do happen, obvious indiscriminate damage and uncleanliness in the house is not acceptable. Evidence of such abuse or wilful damage will incur additional charges for cleaning, repairs and replacements. Please report any accidents or breakages as soon as possible.

PETS
Strictly NO PETS allowed. Evidence of pets at the property will incur full loss of security bond ie $500

SMOKING
Strictly NO SMOKING. If there is evidence of smoking inside the property, a minimum fee of $200 will be charged to cover additional cleaning.

FUNCTIONS and PARTIES
No functions or parties may be conducted at the property under any circumstances. Please contact Management prior to booking accommodation to request permission to use the property for a special event ie wedding party, birthday celebration

PARKING
Parking is available for guests vehicles. Caravans, camping and trailers are strictly not permitted on or at the property. Failure to comply will incur additional charges.
