Please Note:

Payment of tariff is deemed acknowledgement of and acceptance of all policies, terms and conditions listed below and elsewhere on the website.

All bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights.
Weekend bookings may be either Friday/Saturday nights or Saturday/Sunday nights.
Maximum occupancy is two adults per cottage.
Full payment of tariff is required to secure a booking. Bookings attract a 2% credit card fee.

All cancellations incur an administration fee of $50.

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to booked arrival date: full refund less administration fee.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to booked arrival date: no refund applies unless accommodation is re-let.
No show: no refund applies.

SELF-CHECK IN is any time after 2 pm. Follow the signs to your cottage number and an access code to a key box located outside the entry door to your cottage will be sent via SMS within 30 minutes of check-in time. Please leave the key inside the key box on departure.
IMPORTANT: please ensure you provide your correct mobile number on the booking form to receive the access code and any other pertinent information that may arise concerning your booking.


CHECK OUT is by 10.00 am.

Please Note:

CHECKOUT is by 10.00am. The cottage should be left in the condition in which you found it. You are responsible for, in the unlikely event of, any damage, breakages, washing up prior to departure, timely check-out etc and will be charged, without written consent, for any damage and/or excess cleaning required, late checkout etc (minimum $75).
