Dining

The undercover dining area is permanently set up for 30 people. The Retreat kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and commercial 1000L fridge. There is also a 6 burner BBQ, gas pizza oven or wood fired oven. All crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and cookware are provided.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

PAYMENTS
A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival by direct deposit or credit card. Cash payments must be finalized 14 days prior to your arrival.

Deposit Policy

Non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking,
This payment serves to hold KCR for your dates & will be held in case of cancellation or no show.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified by email. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be held in case of cancellation. Deposit can only be used for a rebook when adequate notice is given, that results in Kings Creek Retreat procuring a replacement booking.

No Show Policy

In the case of no show, 50% of the booking total will apply

Child Policy

No Charge for babies under 12 months. We do not supply cots. Child rate applies to toddlers.
Teens who stay independently of their parents will be charged the adult rate.

Check-in Policy

Check in is from 2pm. Check-in form must be filled out & returned to your hosts. Day visitors must be pre-approved or risk refusal. Fees apply

Other Policy

PETS - KCR is a working farm & wildlife habitat. Dogs are not permitted without prior approval.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times & have their own bedding. This is mandatory. Pets must not be left unattended.

DAMAGE & BREAKAGES
All damage, loss & breakages must be reported immediately. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the hirer.
