KINGS CREEK RETREAT is a stunning little farm with great self-contained group facilities, plenty of activities and enough accommodation for 20 of your favourite people.
We host Special Occasions, Group Glamping Weekends and Family Reunions.

Your group has exclusive use of accommodation & facilities so you will be the only guests on the property, guaranteed.
Relax in a safe, clean environment, away from public crowds. 10 guests are included in the base rate.
To calculate your total group price, enter your preferred dates & number of adults and children. The system will generate the total price for you.
Our booking system allows you to book up to 12 months in advance.

We host boutique weddings for up to 60 people and Special Birthday Weekends for you and your chosen few.
We have a comprehensive kit & in-house services to make planning easy. Either self cater or have us arrange catering for you.
Venue, Catering and Accommodation packages will require a written quote based on your numbers and requirements.
Wedding / Special Occasion Agreement must be signed prior to booking

Getting There :Kings Creek Retreat is located 3 minutes from Krambach village in the heart of the Barrrington Coast.
We're 10 minutes from the Pacific Highway (Nabiac) between Gloucester (Barrington Tops) & Forster (Great Lakes)
We're 3 hours North of Sydney & just over 1 hour South of Port Macquarie.

Our self-contained group facilities provide everything you need for private gatherings of family & friends. Your group will be the only guests on the property, guaranteed, so you can relax in a safe, clean environment, away from public crowds. Groups can choose from 6 accommodations that sleep a total of 20 people. Bed linen, blankets, pillows provided. BYO towel, food & beverages. Non-Refundable DEPOSIT - $300

Claim your WEDDING DATE - We host bespoke weddings for up to 60 people. An intimate gathering of favourite people, in a beautiful location, where everything is onsite. Our extensive setup enables couples to create their amazing wedding day by adding some personal accents. Onsite hosts provide support and assistance throughout the process for a relaxed, seamless experience. Total price as per written quote following your onsite meeting. Non-refundable DEPOSIT - $500

Business Facilities

The Barn is a 15 x 5 m indoor space. We have stacking chairs, projector, screen & folding tables available onsite for hire


The undercover outdoor dining area is permanently set up for 30 people.
The Retreat kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with electric oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and 1000L fridge.
There is also a 6 burner BBQ & Wood fired oven for pizzas and camp oven cooking.
All crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and cookware are provided.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required to confirm booking and pay your deposit.
Final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival by direct deposit or credit card.

Wedding / Special Occasion Agreement must be signed & returned prior to booking.
Failure to return signed agreement will result in hirer forfeiting their booking and deposit.

Deposit Policy

Non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking,
This payment serves to hold KCR for the specified dates and serves as a mutual agreement in planning your occasion.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to Kings Creek Retreat. Deposit is non-refundable.

Where minimum 90 days notice is given, 100% of payment minus non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
Where less than 90 days notice is given, 90% of payment minus non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, 50% of booking fee will apply.

Cancellation is subject to Wedding / Special Occasion Agreement which must be signed and returned to KCR prior to booking.

No Show Policy

In case of no show, no refund will be offerred and 50% of booking applies

Child Policy

No Charge for babies under 12 months
Child rate applies to toddlers
Child rate applies to guests up to 16 years

Check-in Policy

Security gates will open at 2pm for your arrival.
All guests are required to sign in on arrival as per COVID safe practice.
Day visitors must be pre-approved or risk refusal. Day visitors will be charged $20/person/day plus any catering fees that apply

Other Policy

Please notify us, prior to arrival, if you will be travelling with pets. Dogs must be approved in advance and kept on a leash at all times.
Pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation/facilities at any time.

Maximum 60 people. Written quote and Agreement is required for Accommodation, Venue and Catering Services.
Refusal to sign Wedding / Special Occasion Agreement will result in the hirer forfeiting their booking and deposit.
